Earthy Living offers a Standard Shipping Rate and an Express Post Shipping Rate with Free Shipping* over $100!

  • QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT, TAS, WA & NT Under $100: $13 Standard Shipping Rate

  • QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT, TAS, WA & NT Under $100: $18 Express Post Shipping Rate

  • QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT, TAS, WA & NT Over $100: Free Shipping!(Standard)

The *catch: New Zealand is amazing, breath taking and beautiful from North to South. They're all such fantastic places, but they're all a really really long way away, so unfortunately we need to charge a bit extra for the shipping to get things out to you awesome people.

  • NZ All orders: $30 International Standard Shipping Rate (up to 2kg)

  • NZ All orders: $40 International Express Post Shipping Rate (up to 2kg)

  • NZ Over 2kg: Please note - We may not be able to ship large or heavy orders depending on your location.  We will contact you as soon as possible with a price for your Shipping.  

Will it always be that way? Hopefully Not. If we start to get enough orders to our friends in New Zealand, we might be able to negotiate some better rates with shipping companies. If that happens, we'll definitely be trying to bring the shipping costs back in line with the rest.

In most cases your order will be picked, packed and posted within 1 - 5 working days (please note this also includes Express Post shipment). If it takes longer we will contact you by phone.

Delivery once picked and packed will be received within 1-7 days depending on your location and your shipping option, however, as a guide:

  • Mainland Australia Capitals: 1 - 5 working days

  • Mainland Australia Country: 3 - 10 working days

  • Mainland Australia Remote: 5 - 15 working days

  • Our Far-Off Friends in New Zealand: 5 - 21 working days

Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post.  For international orders you may suffer duties or tax on your order.  We are not responsible for these fees and these will be payable by you.

Yes you can... We use Australia Post for most of our shipping needs.  If for any reason we cannot ship to a PO box we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please send us an email via info@earthyliving.com.au and we'll try our best to work something out for you.

At this time, Earthy Living ships only to Australia & New Zealand. We will be looking at expanding to more countries in the future, so if there's something that you're keen on getting sent abroad, please contact us.
